Product Installation Visit Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) outline the terms of product installation visits provided by IPLUG CONTROL SYSTEM PVT LTD (“Company”) to its customers (“Customer”). By scheduling an installation visit with the Company, the Customer agrees to abide by these Terms.

1. Single Free Visit:

   – The Company offers a single installation visit free of charge for each product purchase.

   – This free visit covers the standard installation process and does not include additional services or customizations beyond the scope of the standard installation.

2. Postponement or Cancellation:

   – If the Customer wishes to postpone or cancel a scheduled installation visit, they must notify the Company at least 2 hours in advance of the scheduled visit.

   – Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in a charge for the visit.

3. Chargeable Extra Visits:

   – If the Customer requires an additional installation visit due to any of the following reasons:

      – Incomplete or inaccurate site information provided by the Customer.

      – Changes in product specifications or requirements after the initial visit.

      – Site conditions not meeting the prerequisites specified by the Company.

      – Any other reason beyond the Company’s control.

   – The additional visit will be chargeable, and the Customer will be informed of the associated costs before scheduling.

4. Visit Charges:

   – The charges for extra visits will be determined by the Company and communicated to the Customer in advance.

   – Payment for extra visits must be made before the visit is scheduled.

   – Standard Charges – Rs.799*

5. Warranty and Quality Assurance:

   – The Company will ensure that the installation is carried out to industry standards and in accordance with the product’s specifications.

   – The Company provides a warranty for the installation, and any defects or issues arising from the installation will be addressed by the Company as per the warranty terms.

6. Liability:

   – The Company is not liable for any damages, losses, or delays caused by factors beyond its control, including but not limited to weather conditions, natural disasters, or acts of third parties.

7. Customer Responsibility:

   – The Customer is responsible for providing accurate information about the product, site conditions, and any specific requirements for the installation.

   – The Customer must ensure that the installation site is prepared as per the Company’s guidelines.

8. Rescheduling:

   – The Company reserves the right to reschedule installation visits in case of unforeseen circumstances, such as technician unavailability or equipment issues.

9. Termination:

   – The Company reserves the right to terminate or refuse service if the Customer violates these terms or engages in abusive behaviour towards Company personnel.

10. Agreement Acceptance:

    – By scheduling an installation visit with the Company, the Customer acknowledges and agrees to these Terms and Conditions.

These Terms and Conditions are subject to change by the Company at its discretion. Customers will be notified of any changes in advance. It is the responsibility of the Customer to review these Terms periodically.

Terms and Conditions for Door Lock Installation with Extra Work Charges

Scope of Work:

These terms and conditions govern the installation of a door lock (“the Service”) by IPLUG CONTROL SYSTEM PVT LTD (“the Company”) for the customer (“the Customer”). The Service includes the standard installation of a door lock.

Extra Work Charges:

In the event that extra work is required beyond the standard installation, additional charges may apply. Extra work may include but is not limited to:

  • Repairs or modifications to the door or door frame.
  • Customization or installation of non-standard locks or security features.
  • Any work not explicitly covered in the standard installation process.


The Company will provide the Customer with an estimate of the cost for the Service, including any potential extra work charges, prior to commencing any work. This estimate is subject to change if additional work is required.

Customer Approval:

The Customer must approve any additional work and related charges before the Company proceeds with such work.


Payment for the Service and any additional charges is due upon completion of the work. The Customer agrees to pay the Company in full for all services rendered.


If the Customer decides to cancel the Service before the work is completed, the Customer may be responsible for any costs incurred up to that point.

Quality of Work:

The Company will perform the Service in a professional and workmanlike manner. The Company will not be responsible for any damage to the door, door frame, or any other property that is the result of pre-existing conditions or customer interference.


The Company may provide a warranty on the standard installation work, which will be outlined separately in the warranty document. However, the warranty does not cover any extra work or modifications unless explicitly stated.


The Company is not liable for any loss or damage arising from the installation, use, or malfunction of the door lock, whether standard or custom, except to the extent such loss or damage is caused by the Company’s negligence.


The Customer agrees to indemnify and hold the Company harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from the installation or any extra work, except to the extent such claims, damages, or liabilities result from the Company’s negligence.

Completion Time:

While the Company will make reasonable efforts to complete the Service in a timely manner, completion times may vary based on the scope of work and unforeseen circumstances.

Dispute Resolution:

Any disputes or disagreements arising from the Service or these terms and conditions will be resolved through negotiation or mediation. If a resolution cannot be reached, either party may pursue legal remedies as provided by law.

By proceeding with the Service, the Customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to these terms and conditions, including the potential for extra work charges. These terms and conditions constitute a binding agreement between the Customer and the Company.
