Shipping Within India
We currently offer shipping services across most locations within India.
Orders are typically processed and dispatched on the same day or within 1–2 business days after order confirmation.
In certain situations, including inventory transfers, product procurement, manufacturing requirements, quality checks, or high order volumes, dispatch may take up to 3 business days.
If we are unable to ship your order within 10 business days, we may cancel the unshipped portion of the order and issue a refund for the affected items to the original payment method.
Delivery Time
Estimated delivery times vary depending on location, courier partner availability, and shipping destination.
Typical delivery timelines are:

Delivery timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Since deliveries are primarily handled by third-party logistics and courier partners, actual delivery times may vary depending on location, transportation availability, local conditions, and courier operations.
Shipping Partners and Delivery Services
iPLUG India primarily ships products through trusted third-party courier, logistics, and transportation partners.
Delivery timelines provided by iPLUG India are estimates and may be affected by courier operations, transportation networks, local delivery conditions, or circumstances beyond our control.
In certain situations, including urgent deliveries, customer commitments, installation coordination, project requirements, service requests, or special operational circumstances, products may be delivered directly by iPLUG India personnel, field executives, authorized representatives, or installation partners.
The mode of delivery shall be determined by iPLUG India based on operational requirements and customer needs.
Regardless of the delivery method used, customers are responsible for inspecting packages upon receipt and reporting any shipping-related concerns promptly.
Multiple Shipments
Orders containing multiple products may be shipped separately from different warehouses or fulfillment centers.
Customers may receive multiple tracking numbers and shipments for a single order.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be generated and shared via email, SMS, WhatsApp, or other available communication channels.
Customers can track their shipment using the provided tracking details.
Damaged or Tampered Packages
If the package appears damaged, opened, tampered with, or in poor condition at the time of delivery:

Delivery Address Changes
To ensure timely processing and delivery, shipping addresses generally cannot be modified once an order has been dispatched.
Address correction requests may be considered prior to dispatch but cannot be guaranteed.
Remote Area Deliveries (ODA)
Certain pin codes and locations are classified by courier partners as Out of Delivery Area (ODA) or Remote Service Locations.
For such destinations:

International Shipping
Currently, iPLUG India ships only within India.
Customers located outside India may place orders using eligible payment methods, provided the shipping address is within India.
Installation Services
Shipping of products and installation services are separate offerings.
Delivery of a product does not automatically include installation unless specifically stated in the order or service agreement.
Installation appointments are scheduled separately based on service availability and coverage.
Delays Beyond Our Control
Delivery timelines may be affected by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:
